Anthony Morgan

Anthony completed an indentured apprenticeship in Industrial Electrical Electronics going on to study for an honours degree in Robotics and Automated Systems Engineering. Post University, Anthony worked in industry as a Business Development Manager. In recent years, Anthony has worked in the marine industry and gained additional Marine Engineer qualifications. Anthony is currently developing integrated renewable energy systems solutions for domestic and commercial markets.
Oksana Cartwright
Financial & Human Resource Director
Oksana worked for a number of years in the Russian oil and insurance industries in human resource and financial roles before moving to the UK to study for her MBA. On successful completion of her MBA she worked in the HR department of Swansea University, developing and implementing the new Pay Grading Structure which achieved equal pay of work of equal value.
Stephen Cartwright
Managing Director
Stephen is originally from the yachting industry, where he achieved the rank of captain on high-end charter yachts working around the world. Stephen has changed his career path to pursue new challenges in the sustainable technologies industry. Stephen recently designed and built one of the first passive houses in the United Kingdom and is currently studying towards his MSc in Advanced Energy and Environmental Studies.
